Grant Salmon, Sr. Territory Manager with Honeywell, BMS, will moderate the panel of distinguished speakers who will share their experiences and unique insights into the best wellness practices.

Sara Nugent, Sustainability Director at Steven Winter Associates, is a consultant that is involved with driving building wellness certification projects. She will "make the case" for wellness ratings ... why to pursue them, what different programs are available, etc.

Peter Smith, VP of Business Development at RXR Realty's Digital Lab has a wealth of experience in this domain having spent the previous 4 years as SVP of Global Market Development for the International WELL Building Institute. Peter is now on the owner's side, where he is developing practical applications for emerging technologies and building wellness programs and will talk about pitfalls and best practices.
