Fellow BOMA-NJ member, Steve Olivetti, has over 30 years experience in industry and consulting, including expertise in site audits, process safety management, environmental assessments, remediation, and training.

Working as an Industrial Hygienist, Steve has assessed over 3,000 buildings to identify potentially hazardous conditions which should be addressed regarding what, where, the extent, and causes of potentially hazardous conditions, in order to recommend ways to contain and remove the hazardous condition.

The presentation is to assist business and property owners and managers to establish workplace operating procedures (SOPs) for a safe entry back to the workplace following the shutdown as a result of COVID19. The presentation will discuss a list of key points which need to be addressed in order to establish SOPs for getting back to business including: adding Kiosks, PPE, communication through notifications, signage, and questionnaires; understanding exposure and pathogens; cleaning and maintenance; liability exposure; water systems; HVAC equipment and ventilation.
