STAR opened its doors in 2003 when Neil Betoff became tired of the frustration of not being able to find a reliable building services company. He had been managing properties for 12 years and understood what property managers needed from a building services Company.
In the years since, Neil has helped numerous property management companies across New Jersey retain the value of the properties they manage—at a price that controls costs.
Neil has built his business on the principle of hands-on involvement as a business owner. At STAR our employees are our #1 priority.
Employees must be well-trained, supervised, and be able to communicate clearly with clients.
